Each month, Belouga’s Global Student Council, a group of students from around the world, write blog posts covering a range of topics related to global education. It is a great way to receive feedback and give voice to the Belouga experience from a student’s point of view. We will be sharing these posts throughout the week and hope you feel inspired to join in with questions and conversation!
Global Learning: The Impact
by Hannah, age 13, USA
As a student of Ste. Genevieve Middle School, I have a World History teacher who loves getting us involved with other people from around the world. This has changed my outlook on the world because you learn how the people are different from you. You also see how people and places aren’t like the stereo types they’re based on at all. From these connections with people around the world, I have learned that I really love connecting with people around the world, and I really hope to travel.
Belouga, is a website where you can connect with other people. You connect with kids of many ages from different schools, all around the world. You learn the way they live, how the country is, what they enjoy eating. It’s just a very fun way to get connected with people of your age.
